Inaugural National Conference 7th -9th April, Melbourne

The National Blak Loungeroom Philanthropy Conference is a three-day national gathering in Melbourne focused on strengthening community,
culture, and impact through Blak-led philanthropy. Bringing together First
Nations leaders, academics, artists, community organisations, philanthropic
foundations, and allies. The Conference creates space to reimagine how
resources, power, and partnerships can better serve Blak communities.
Keynotes and panel discussions led by Blak thinkers, creatives, and practitioners
- Conversations on funding, sovereignty, governance, and long-term impact
- Insights into ethical partnerships, community-driven models, and shared accountability
- Workshopping the potential for a new national voice
- Networking in a culturally safe, respectful, and welcoming space
- This is an invitation to First Nations leaders, community organisations, and allies to come together, listen deeply, reflect honestly, and act with intention.
